Fuel System Check Valve Installation
Fuel system check valve installation may delay fuel pump replacement.
Seboroth_V70XC » Hey everyone, I know this has been talked about to death, but I wanted to start a thread so that some updated info can be shared. If you have done this already, can you please state what year, and model it was done on? And if it fixed your problem? I am at the moment about to replace my fuel filter and attach the check valve before the filter ( in direction of fuel flow ). On my car, it doesn’t seem like there is enough clearance for the check valve before the fuel filter, so I was going to modify my filter a bit, and take an inch off the filter inlet nipple. I will post pictures as well. I just want to hear some more feedback about this fix. Thank you.
