850 Fuel Pump Relay Capacitor

I also took a look at the solder joints for the relay. There are many of them and all of them except two at the base showed cracking in the solder joints. I took a picture of two of the cracked joints (attached). I reflowed the joints and added a little fresh solder to fix.

My car has problems starting in cold weather, and now in warmer weather, it starts and cuts off in a few seconds. Have replaced fuel pump and fuel filter, and checked battery. Any suggestions? Need help ASAP.
